What happens when I book an apartment?
The contract will be sent to you ahead of time to read through and sign via email or facebook. You will then send the signed contract back through the same channel.
The booking fee covers our expenses for the reservation process. The fee is to be paid via bank transfer – 270EUR per person staying one semester, 370EUR per person staying two semesters.
The deposit goes to the landlord’s bank account and is equal to one month’s rent. The landlord will reimburse this amount back to you at the end of your stay. The deposit is to be paid by bank transfer.
Upon your arrival, we will meet you at the apartment and you will be obliged to pay rent for the 1st month in CZK by cash.
We require minimum stay for winter semester from 1st of September till 1st or 15th of February and summer semester from till 1st or 15th of February till 30th of June.
