How to Book Your Apartment in 3 Easy Steps

Found your perfect place? Awesome! Once we agree on the details, we’ll email you a draft of the contract. You and your future flatmates will fill it out and sign it. After that, we’ll add our signatures and send you the final, completed copy.

To officially lock in your spot and complete your reservation, each person staying in the apartment pays a one-time booking fee via bank transfer. This covers our team’s administrative work - including handling the reservation process, managing communication, and preparing your contract.

Fee breakdown:

• 1-Semester Stay: €350 per person
• 2-Semester Stay (Full Academic Year): €450 per person

Please note: This is a one-time, non-refundable administrative fee. It strictly covers the processing of your booking and is completely separate from both your monthly rent and your refundable security deposit.

This is a standard payment equal to one month’s rent that goes directly to your landlord's account. Don't worry – this deposit is fully refundable! As long as the apartment is in good condition, the landlord will send this money right back to you at the end of your stay.
