Are the rooms furnished?

All rooms are ready for students to move into. The listing will show the furniture, equipment and shared facilities included in each specific property.

Are your rooms and apartments verified?

Yes. Every room and building offered directly through Erasmus in Prague is checked before being listed.

Can I buy a ticket at the door?

Sometimes, but only if the event has not reached capacity. Door tickets may also be more expensive, so booking in advance is always safer.

Can I cancel, transfer or change the name on my ticket?

This depends on the event and ticket type. Contact us as soon as possible and we will check what can be changed. Please do not assume that every ticket can automatically be transferred or resold.

Can I join before arriving in Prague or after the semester has started?

Of course. You can join while preparing for your stay, once you arrive or at any point during the semester.

Can I promote my event, business or WhatsApp group?

Please ask an admin first. This also applies to contacting members privately for commercial promotion. We check external offers to protect the community from spam and scams.

Can I rent accommodation for only one semester?

Yes. Many of our options are designed specifically for semester stays, although the exact available dates depend on the property.

Do I need a ticket?

It depends on the event. Some meet-ups are free and open to everyone, while parties and activities with limited capacity usually require a ticket or registration. You will always find this information in the event details.

Do I need to be an Erasmus student to join?

Not at all. Our events are open to everyone who wants to be part of the community. Erasmus and international students make up a big part of it, but local students, interns, expats and visiting friends regularly join too :)

Do I need to register for a free event?

If the event has a registration link, yes. Free registration still helps us manage capacity, and some venues cannot accept additional people once all places are booked.

For free community events such as meet-ups, karaoke or city tours, you never need a ticket :)

How can I find accommodation through Erasmus in Prague?

What is Erasmus in Prague?

Erasmus in Prague is a local student organisation helping international students find accommodation, meet people, settle into the city and make the most of their time in Prague. We run one of Prague’s largest international student communities, together with regular events, activities and trips.

What is the difference between ticket waves?

Ticket waves usually provide the same entry, but the price increases as each allocation sells out. If a ticket includes something different, such as a drink or later entry, this will be clearly stated.

What kind of activities do you organise?

We organise community meet-ups, city tours, pub quizzes, karaoke, sports, cultural activities, parties, day trips and weekend trips. The programme changes throughout the semester, so there is usually something for different interests.

Check your spam folder and make sure you are looking at the email address used during payment. If it is still missing, contact us with your name, email address and payment confirmation.

Where can I buy tickets?

Always use the booking link on our website or one shared through an official Erasmus in Prague channel. Your ticket or booking confirmation should then arrive by email.
