Our office is located in Záhřebská 10, Prague 2 Vinohrady. You can get here simply by taking Metro line A (the green one) to Náměstí Míru stop. It takes 5 mins on foot from there.

Our service guy Ivan is available 24/7. To get a hold of him, contact your realtor, by either phone or the facebook group for the apartment, who will dispatch Ivan to you.

First check if the fuse box inside your apartment switched off; if all appears to be in order, proceed to check the fuse box in the hallway.

If by then the problem is not solved, contact your realtor. Our service guy Ivan will be sent to you.

Restart the router and if it doesn’t work, contact your realtor.

You will be contacted by your realtor several days before a month’s end to inform you that the rent payment is due by the 1st day of the upcoming month.

The rent is to be paid by cash at the our office.

There are no towels provided.

There is one set of bedsheets per bed, so it is always better to bring your own.

Immediately contact and inform your realtor who will have a new key made. The fee for having this done is 500CZK in case of a chip or 250CZK in case of a key.

If you are locked out of your apartment, call your realtor to send over the service guy. There might be a fee for this outside of regular working hours.

Do not call the locksmith by yourself! There might be extra costs involved we don’t cover.
